We are proud to announce that our new Axway Web Support site is coming soon.
This new Web Support site will replace the former Cyclone, Tumbleweed and Axway support sites.
The new site will enhance your online support experience, and will include the following features:
? Case management
? Customer surveys
? Completely re-designed UI & navigation
? New full-text search engine
? Personalized portal (MySupport)
? Access to the Knowledgebase contents (i.e. Closed cases, Technical articles, etc.)
? Subscriptions and notifications (RSS feeds, emails)
? Download Center (i.e. packages, service packs, patches, etc.)
Note for Cyclone users:
Some products (CSOS solutions, customer specific Activators, etc.) will not be available right away through the new Web Support.
They will be within approximately one month. In the meanwhile, if you do not find the desired downloads on the new Web Support, please connect to the Cyclone support site and follow the instructions.
The rollout of the new Web Support site is planned for Monday, March 15th.
Starting the 15th, you will be redirected from your usual support sites to https://support.axway.com.
How to login on the new Web Support:
? For Tumbleweed and Cyclone sites users, use your Tumbleweed or Cyclone credentials first.
? For former Axway Web Support users, or if using your Tumbleweed or Cyclone credentials was unsuccessful, use your Web Support credentials.
? In case you still cannot login, please use the “Forgot password” feature.
You will find a “Quick Help Guide” link on the new Web Support login page to assist you with your first steps in the new site.
