I just need to get a rough idea if CFT users in today’s market as we have a plan to upgrade CFT 2.3 to 2.5

What are the major differences you see in new version with regard to 2.3 ?

I have installed composer 3.4.2 and sentinel 3.1.1.

As our composer installation crashed we had to reinstall composer server again discarding the old installation, now I have a problem managing objects created and committed to sentinel server before the new installation.

1 . Is there any way to remove dashboard objects created on sentinel without using composer ?

2. is there any way to re import objects available in sentinel to composer when we don’t have composer database backup?

Hello,

Is there a way of offering to an SFTP client the possibility to authenticate via login/password or public key, at his discretion.

Both authentication methods work, but exclusively.
I tried all possible combinations between login/password and public key fields in the Remote Site and the CGate configuration, but the second a password is present anywhere, no public key authentication is possible anymore.

It would be great if we could offer our client the possibility to use any, at will.

What’s disturbing is that when I define no public key for authentication, and the client sends a public key, he is rejected. Can the Gateway at least be made to ignore sent public keys and prompt for password in this case?

Hey all,

At my newest assignment we’re on 5.7.1 and have been encountering some various slowdowns and issues not seen on the previous version. We’re at Patch 4, and we believe one of the issues (Web trader reigistrants not able to add users - Optimistic lock on table) could be resolved with patch 5, but I really wanted to get a feel for who was on 5.7.1, what your experience has been thus far, and what patch level you’re at!

Hello,

I would like to submit a problem about XML import/export in SAI (Synchrnoy Composer 3.4.2-SP2).
We have 3 databases SAI (Development, Test and Production) and we copy the objects SAI of a base to another by export/XML importation.
For each modification of a rule of translation, we create a new version of rule. The object being new, we do not encounter problem at the time of the importation in a new base. On the other hand, we have a problem with the importation of the tables.
If one of the line is different (for instance we have modified a line in the table TOTO in the development base and we import the table TOTO in the test base. So the 2 tables differs by one line), SAI creates a new table whereas we would like that this table be updated.

We are reduced to manually update each modified tables before importing XML files.
Which can lead to human errors.

Does somebody have the same problem?
And if so, how do you circumvent this problem? (I thought of removing the tables of the XML file via tools like XMLSpy but I do not control XML logic).
