problem with sbmjob time after light saving time change.

I had pb sunday on 2 production servers (i5 / automator 3.20).
After the change of the time ( 2h00 > 3h00) on March,29 , jobs are submitted with one hour delay. This became ok the next instance (monday).
The i5 concerned had their time changed by the TIMZONE set to QP0100CET2.
The Automator server had his time changed by the time zone in Windows.

One i5 worked fine, but the automator agent has been stop and restart during backup from saturday night to sunday morning.
Has anyone experience trouble like these ?

i dont understand how to scripts this rule (i believe that can’t be possible to create without rules scripting language)

We have a business unit that needs to pull the MDN/Receipt information into their back-end system. Normaly we have business users access the MESSAGES table via SQL statement and apply the MDN date/time to their submission records. This specific business unit needs to have the MDN delivered as a file. Is there any way of doing this via an automated process in Synchrony or via some other process?

HTTP 500 error with Webservice call

I have a partner which supplies a webservice to me.
I have added this webservice as default delivery exchange and set the authentication certificate.
When i deliver a soap message to their webservice i’m getting a negative response from their webserver.
When i call the same webservice using SoapUI with the same message i receive the expected answer.
I think their is a technical mismatch between Axway and their webserver (Apache). Maybe charachter-encoding related? I’m trying to solve the problems with the partner, but no luck so far.

Maybe someone recognize the returned response and give me directions?

Clean out a message without running xib clean

On version 2.1.1 I have a HUGE image file we are trying to process on one of our servers. The Hierachical message processor fails, runs out of memory. I stop the pid for the processing engine attached to it and restart it and the HME. The HME fails again. I won’t let go and fail even if I run core_servers stop and start. I don’t want to run the XIB clean program. What do I need to do to get clear the message?

“Force a rebuild of run-time data” is a step of Cleaning server. Normally we would use Copilot to do that. But I would like to know whether can use command instead of Copilot to do that. If yes, which command should be used, pls?

I haven’t seen any indication as to what it actually is, what it costs, etc. My understanding is that it’s a scaled down version of Gateway with data transformation utilities. I’d love to see a copy though see how it works and what it does.
