I have a problem with security configuration, i need to have a secure HTTPS access to the gateway but without strong authentication, users don’t need to have certificate to access to the web site, i need juste a crypted communication between server and clients

When processing a file of 4.3 MB with approx. 24000 lines (records) using an object-mapping (FILEIN -> ORACLESP) the memory usage is quite high (around 700 MB) and the processing takes about 15 minutes (even on an fast Oracle-testserver that is not doing much besides receiving the data XIB delivers)

When the map is running I can see the memory usage going up 1 MB per second

Why is XIB (2.1.1) using so much memory in a ORACLESP-mapping and why is it taking so long. (a simple DB dump with the sqlloader is much, much faster) ?

I already placed a //DISPOSE directive at the input-container, but this is not having any effect.

Also the proc.engine is not returning the memory to the system after completing the mapping; it’s only given back to the system after manually stopping the proc.engine.

Hello community,

I have a question regarding POP3 protocol handling by Gateway.
I configure mine to user POP3 protocol in direct and through XSR modes.

I see neither Gateway, nor XSR listening on port 109 (no option to define port number for POP3 in gatesetup)
Are they supposed to?

Does that mean inetd/pop should not run on a Unix server where Gateway or XSR are installed?(!)

Can you tell me how to use HTTP integration with a dialog program? I tried using the sample MBCs present in the examples folder but cant make them available for selection even after registering them in component registry. It doesnt coming out to be selected in HTTP TA or HTTP send method.

We’re planning our big move to the new building in May. I’m in charge of the “Cinco Good-bye-o” party as our farewell to the building that was so quiet and “cube-full” in the old Cyclone Commerce days, but rapidly evolved into a game of “musical chairs” as a result of our growth from two mergers, Axway-Cyclone and Axway-Tumbleweed. Many meeting invites include the stipulation BYOC: Bring Your Own Chair.

Our new building is about 2 miles away (northwest) from where we are now, with the same easy access right off the 101 freeway.
