Whew, this was a long week! It’s after 4:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, and I am just about ready to to collapse! I spent the week doing mostly non-technical stuff for the Synchrony Products we’re running. Because of the frequent outages with Integrator, I designed, revised, and finally published “Axway Synchrony” outage checklists for our [...]
Trying again…Help?
Hey folks,
In finally getting into figuring out what people need from their dashboards in the organization I’m currently working in, I’ve found a great need for historical data analysis. While it was brought to my attention that adding date criteria to the SQL query in the request might provide information from a specified period of time, there has got to be an easier way to view information from a certain time period only.
An example would be a simple chart listing file transfers and their attributes. One of these attributes is date. With a basic dashboard built based on information from training or the 2 examples provided, you can sort by date, but we can’t even scroll down. Ideally, we’d like to be able to get just a certain date, or time period. Has anybody accomplished this? Does anybody have an idea how we would accomplish this?
Obviously Sentinel and Composer are not the most intuitive tools in the world, but they’re not rocket science either, which makes it frustrating to not be able to figure out!
Thanks in advance,
Tony

XML Mapping with new line using Datamapper
Hi,
Normally, the XML output from the datamapper will be in single line. I would like to know, is there anyway, we can generate the XML map output with new line. For example,
Usual output:
<root><a>1</a><b>1</b><c>3</c></root>
Preferred output:
<root>
<a>1</a>
<b>2</b>
<c>3</c>
</root>
Please let me know, if it is possible using datamapper.
thanks in advance.
Best regards,
ravi
End of support on Transfer CFT and active versions
Is it possible to upgrade the document “End of support announcement” created in 2007 and, in the same way, is it possible to get, for each platform, current version available on Transfer CFT software ?
Thanks
A lot of empty directories under filer folder for XIB v212
We are running XIB v2.1.2 and found that there are a lot of empty directories unde the “filer”
folder for XIB. It seems that the contents of the folders has been
removed by the XIB but not the folder itself. This make the backup of
the XIB file system takes a lot of time. Is there any means to remove
those empty directories ?
Those empty directories are in the following structure :
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d431:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d432:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d433:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d434:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d435:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d436:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d437:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d438:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d439:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d44:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d440:
/app/xib/xib/data/filer/d115/d441:
some are no accessed for many months. We purge data for over one week.
Thank you !
