Because of pressure from Axway’s highest ranking executives, I’ve decided to remove the original text of this post. While there is absolutely no legal basis on which Axway could justifiably make claims against me, this site, or the post that existed here, the potential for even a baseless claim is motivation enough for the company I’m consulting at to politely ask me to remove the post.

Please be advised that by obliging this request, I am in no way admitting to any wrongdoing. This site is in no way associated with the company that I am currently consulting for, and as such the burden of obligation to ensure that this site and its content stay within the confines of United States law rests with my company, as legally I am not writing as an agent of the company I am consulting for, but as an agent of my own company. I was not contacted personally by anybody from Axway regarding this post, despite the many ways available for a request for removal or threat of legal action to be made directly to me.

I will admit that while my words were not hastily chosen, or even written in any state of excitement, I could have found more professional ways to phrase certain statements, and will be more mindful of such phrasing in future posts. Please be reminded though, this is not an objective website. This is in fact the blog of a consultant who currently works exclusively on Axway’s software. As such, it is, always has been, and always will be subject to my personal opinion on all matters, and until this day has had no influence on the content contained in this site.

Because of the precedence set in today’s removal of a post for use of phrases and statements that Axway did not like, an attempt will be made to phrase things more professionally. Additionally, the domain name http://www.axwaysucks.com will be sold, as I was holding on to it with the intention of posting both subjective and objective opinions about Axway and its software, way of doing business, and entities and agents. Since this has become a conflict of interest, please contact tony@axwayuser.com if you are interested in purchasing the domain.

All the best, and rest assured there will be much more to come!

Tony
