CFT does not have its official SSA version, but a SSA-like is available: cft_support.

Cft_support is available from the following CFT versions:

• 2.3.2-SP4 UNIX
• 2.4.1-SP5 UNIX/Windows
• 2.5.1-SP2 UNIX/Windows
• 2.6.x UNIX/Windows

Here is a brief description of how it works:

1) First, execute the following:

cft_support collect

An archive (or a directory) is created, named with “cft_support” as a prefix.
This archive or directiry will be located in $CFTDIRHOME or $CFTDIRRUNTIME.

2) Cft_support collects the following information:

• Common CFT files & settings: parm, part, catalog, log, copilot.trc, uconf, copconf.ini, trkapi.cfg; etc.
• Platform specific files & data: cft.out, processes running, IPC statuses, systme configuration, etc.
• Information about the files in the CFT runtime.

Hi Axway Community,

SSA is a Java utility program dedicated to collect the different files required for diagnosis on a support case.

SSA can be downloaded on Axway’s WebSupport: WebSupport link to SSA.

SSA is available at the moment for Integrator, Gateway and Sentinel, but more components are to be covered by SSA.
