As folks who were at the Connections conference know, Axway is promising to launch community and enhanced support web services, so that’s pretty exciting news, right? With any luck we can collaborate and enjoy the user driven atmosphere that I’m working to create, and get Axway to share what they know whith us, and make resources available. I’ve got a meeting set up with some of the directors of support Services from Axway France (the folks on the web projects) for the 22nd, so we’ll know more then for sure.

In the mean time, I’m going to keep working hard to ensure that we can incorporate all of the social networking components with the right support components into the cool looking site you can see at http://www.helpwithaxway.com/dev into the axwayuser.com site. Most importantly, I’ve reached out to a few different resources to ensure that when we launch http://www.dearaxway.com (or at least that component within the main site), we’ve got Axway resources who are willing to answer us!

Prior to the week starting, I’m working hard to ensure that I get all of the right pieces of code in place, all of the right components fit and customized, and also that MoneyGram’s complex Axway environment stays up and running smoothly. With Columbus day in the U.S tomorrow, I’ve got what essentially works out to a free day to devote to the site, which is great, because I haven’t gotten to bed before 4 a.m. in weeks….these sites don’t build themselves :) I’m hoping that tomorrow I can integrate a great knowledgebase component with some custom pieces into the dev site. I’m also going to get the forum component integrated into the full community site and migrate all of the posts over :)

Nighty night!
